Division 5 and up: Every Tuesday (20hr GMT+1) and Friday (20hr GMT+1). - Players in Division 4 got at least 300 Status - Players in Division 3 got at least 400 Status - Players in Division 2 got at least 500 Status - Players in Division 1 got at least 600 Status - Players in Top Division got at least 700 Status If your Status is higher then the minimum Statuspoints for that Division you'll keep them naturally. To be complete, the rules are below. These are meant to keep the game fair, and are very logical. - Play fair, You’ll know yourself if it's fair or not even if it's not mentioned in the rules of the game, if you doubt about it, mail to info@f1competition.com - If you find an error in the game, mail to info@f1competition.com - There is a maximum of 1 account per computer, internetmodem and per person. If somebody has more accounts, they will be deleted and will get a serverban. - If teams play together (by exchanging data, that you should find out yourself) they will be deleted and will get a serverban. You can discuss almost everything except details which gives another team advantage. (like the set up) - Adjustments for the next race (!) aren’t allowed to be put on the chat, your teamsite or where ever. When you notice this e-mail to info@f1competition.com. - If we suspect you of cheating the car set up, you are in risk of losing your account. By doubt we do nothing but we check 1001 things, in 99% of the cases it will clear out itself. - We can't know everything and be everywhere. We can register nearly everything and prove abuse to keep the game for 99% fair for all the players. Construction of F1Competition (thanks to F.Alonso and other forumusers): Division 6: This is the beginners division. Within this division everything is not so complicated and it's easy for a starting manager. Further it’s so that the higher you get in the divisions (division 6 is the lowest and the Top division the highest) the complicated the game gets and the tougher it will be for a team to perform. Races: This is the most important part in F1competition. The better the team (car and driver) the higher you can finish. In this division the results by little factors will be influenced, but in higher divisions there will be more factors, for example the strategy (see division 5), pitmanager (see Division 4) and the rain (see Division 2). The higher your finishing, the more points, and the more money you recieve: First place: 10 points and € 100.000 pricemoney Second place: 8 points and € 80.000 pricemoney Third place : 6 points and € 60.000 pricemoney Fourth place: 5 points and € 50.000 pricemoney Fifth place : 4 points and € 40.000 pricemoney Sixth place : 3 points and € 30.000 pricemoney Seventh place: 2 points and € 20.000 pricemoney Eight place : 1 point and € 10.000 pricemoney Ninth - twentieth place no point, no pricemoney. Driver: It's possible to hire a driver from the start. So you can win many seconds. The more your driver races, the more he will increase during the update. Every monday there will be a driverupdate, then you will see how much your driver has increased. There also are youthdrivers, when you invest in a youthteam there is a change of recieving a youthdriver. Merchandising: This is what you will sell to your fans. The higher the status, the more fans, the more you sell. A pitbabe influences the amount of merchandise you sell too. You have the possibility to sell 3 kinds of products: Caps, T-Shirts and Flags. To sell them, you have to stock them. How much you will buy of a product, is up to you. You'll pay everytime you buy a supply of a product; €3.000 for transportcosts. It doesn't matter how much you'll buy. So when you buy from all sorts you'll pay € 9.000 for transportcosts. You can buy a maximum of 40.000 of each product. But it's all up to you how many you buy everytime. The salesprice of the products is also up to you. You should find out yourself what the idealprice is. Find this out yourself! Promotion: To get up in a higher division you'll have to promote. At the overall ranking you can see which position you need for a promotion. Promotion will happen at the end of a season, after race 12. As soon as the season is over and the promotion have been done, a new season will start. There will be no break between the seasons! You can see on your homepage on the top which race is to be driven. So when it says race 11 it means that race 11 still has to come. If you promote you'll get a bonus for it: To Division 5: € 50.000 To Division 4: € 100.000 To Division 3: € 150.000 To Division 2: € 250.000 To Division 1: € 300.000 To the Top Division: € 300.000 Did not Finish: Ofcourse there is a change that you don't finish (DNF = Did not finish). This is mostly due to taking too much risk. But even without risk your car can crash! The risk you can let your driver take depends on his overall; the better the overall, the more risk you can take. Division 5: Pitstops and tyrewear: From this Division on there can be make pitstops, Just like in the real Formula 1. There also be tyrewear. Every race there will be a number of rounds and a pitstoptime. Those factors will be different every race and also the tyrewear will be different every race. Well it's always so that, extra soft tyres are the fastest and normal the slowest. It's also that, every tyrespecies has his own wear, extra soft tyres wear out faster and normal tyres the leastest. Because every race has different factors, you will find out your own strategy as manager. You can choose between 3 tactics; make 1 stop, 2 stops or 3 stops. Driverform: From here on you have to deal also with your driverform. A driver can have 5 sorts of forms: Very Good, Good, Normal, Sober or Bad. As a manager you've got no influence of the drivers form. You can lose or win with the form at the most 3 tenth per round (difference between Very Good and Bad). Division 4: Pitmanager: From this Division on you can contract a pitmanager. This could be very important. A pitmanager takes care of making a quicker pitstop then the indicated time. The better your pitmanager, how faster the pitstop will be. A pitmanager has 5 stats: Speed, Organisation, Tactics, Morality and Expirience. The stats Speed, Organisation and tactics can be trained. Every race there can be trained only one of these parts. The trained part can! rise 1 to 3 points. Morality can rise 1 to 6 points every update and Expirience can rise 1 point every update. The raise of a stats that has been trained you will see immediately. The other 2 stats and the overall changes, will be done at the mondayupdate. Different Development: From the 4th Division up, there must be developed different. At first the car wil be decrease with a 10 factor, these decreases aren't real, to respect of the 5e and 6e Division, you lose nothing! The car can be damaged, depending on the way how you let your driver drive. we call this Driversbehavior. The more driveragression you give your driver, the more wear the car gets, how slower it becomes. If the car has more then 50% wear, there will be a chance of falling out. But when you let your driver drive agressive, he will win more time on the other drivers who drives nice. You've got 3 types of development: Patch up, Renew and upgrade. By Patch up, your car won't increase on the selected part, But the stats of that part will get back to 75%. By Renew, the selected part will get back to 100% and doesn't increase. By upgrading, the selected part will get 100% and increase with 1 point (will be 10 point in the 5th Division). Breakbalance: Also new in this Division will be the breakbalans. This will work the same as the Front Wing, Rear Wing and Rideheight, but you'll get information of this part from your driver if the other parts are correct (Front Wing, Rear Wing and Rideheight). 4th Pitstop: Now you have the choise of making a fourth pitstop. This works the same as all the other pitstops and gives you the possibility to make a four pitstopstrategy. Taxes and Capital: Also new is that you can see the capital of your team, and how this is build up. If your capital is higher, than the taxfree zone, at the end of the season, then you must pay taxes. This is built up as follow: about the taxfree part you'll pay always 0% taxes. In this Division the taxfree zone is set to 12 million Euro's. If you've got more then 12 million, you'll pay 20% taxes over the first milion. This can be max. € 200.000. If you've more then 13 million Euro's, then you'll pay over the second million 40% taxes. The 20% over the first million you'll have to pay also! With a capital of 14 million you'll pay € 200.000 + € 400.000 = € 600.000. for the thirt million and up you'll pay 60% taxes. But you'll also have to pay taxes for the first en second million. Taxfree amount: In this Division it will be 12 million. Development: In this Division there is a top development. This zone is set by 40 ( it is 400 in Division 5). In higher Divisions there also is a higher top development. there is a law of breaking advance in this Division, what means, how better your car becomes, how more you'll have to pay for development. Driver behavior: It's up to you now how you'll let your driver drive. You've got 4 options: Nice, Hard, Very Hard and GO FOR IT! The sloppier you'll let your driver drive, the more time you can win, but it also gives more damage to your car, the slower the car becomes. Division 3: Cartraces: When your driver is younger then 20, He can drive cartraces. The more you invest, the bigger the chance! is that he'll rise during the update. Suspension: This works the same as the brakingbalans. The driver won't tell anything about the suspension until the Front Wing. Rear Wing and Driveheight are correct. RaceMerchandise: There will be more kinds of merchandise to sell.Those can be find at the race adjustment. How much you'll sell is depending on your saleprices, the number of Fans and the entryprice of the circuit. Attention: The purchaseprice could be different each race, this is also depending on the entryprice of the circuit. Trucks: You need the every race, for moving your team. For every race you need 2 trucks. If you don't have any trucks, they will automatically be hired. You can buy them for € 200.000 each. On the long term that will be cheaper. A truck last for 5 seasons, after that you have to buy/rent a new one. Office: You also need this every race. If you don't have one, than you'll automatically hire a office. You can buy a office for € 800.000, you'll need it for development above 50, later on in the game. A office you'll keep unrestrained. A standard office has a level 1. But can be upgraded to level 2, this will cost you € 800.000, you need it to buy a testbank (for explanation about a testbank, see Division 2). TopDevelopment: In this Division is the maximum development for your car 50. The higher the cardevelopment the more you'll pay for it. 8 Trainigssessions: because the adjustment is been more complicated you'll get 8 Trainingssessions. Correction: From this Division on there will be a correction over the car. This will be 6% in this Division. This means that on the end of a season your cardevelopment will decrease 6%. The corrections will always be rounded off downwards! If your car is 45, then 6% of it will be 2.7 and be rounded off to 2. The hext season you'll start with a car of 43. Attention: After this correction, there will be calculated how much taxes you have to pay. Because your car will decrease in value, your capital will decrease so your taxes will decreases to. Attention: The correction count also for the status of your team. Taxfree amount: In this Division it's set to 14 million. Division 2: Windtunnel: You'll need this to develop your Front and Rear wing, without, you can't develop higher then 50. A Windtunnel will cost you half a million and you don't need a level 2 Office. Testbank: This you need, to develop your gear-box, engine and breakes over 50. A Testbank will also cost half a million and you need a level 2 office for this. A standard office is level 1 and to upgrade your office to level 2 it cost you € 800.000 again. Rain: Even new in this Division is the Rain. You've got 3 types of weather during the race: Dry, Light rain And Rain. By dry weather nothing will change, but with light rain and rain it is.When it's start to rain and you'll have the wrong tyres, you can loose lots of time. You've got 3 kind of tyres: Regular, Intermidiates and full wets. The damage is the same for all types, just like the regular tyres for the race. You can choose for yourself when you want to enter the pits when the weather changes (for example, 3 rounds of light rain and 9 rounds of rain). It's even up to you, how much you want to refule, when you change your kind of tyres. Adjustment 1-99: The adjustment is no longer 1-9, but 1-99. For the adjustment nothing else change. 10 Trainingssessions: Because the adjust of the car is more complicated then before, you'll get more trainingsessions. This time you'll get 10 sessions. Degradation: From this Division on you can degrade. It's the same as promote but now you'll go down a Division. How much people will degrade, you can find on the bottom of the overall ranking. Top Development: In this Division the Top Development is 62, even when you got a circuit (for a explanation about the Circuit see Division 1). Correction: In this Division it will be 10%. Taxfree amount: In this Division it will be € 17 million. Divison 1: Choice of Tyres: In the first Division you can/should choose between 3 different types of tyresuppliers: Michelin, Bridgestone and Goodyear. Each tyre has advantages and disadvantages: this has relations till the wear, dry weather and rain tyres. Every 6 races you have to make a choice of tyres, Before you start the training! If you don't choose, atomatically you get Bridgestone. Circuits: Now you can buy your own circuit. This is necessary to develop above 62. This will cost you € 1.8 million. If you want to develop above 70, you need a level 2 circuit. That will cost you another € 1.8 million. Correction: In this Division it's set on 14%. Taxfree amount: Is € 24 million for this Division. Top Division: 40 Teams: This is the only thing that changes. In this Division there only will be 1 Group, and this group contains 40 teams. Everything is just the same as in Division 1. Form: In this Division it's been decreased by 35%, to respect of the other Divisions. The lost will be at most 0.2 seconds each round. This is to take off the luck factor, so that the one with the best material and strategie actually wins, something that can be messed op in the other Divisions by the difference of the form. |
